"L/D" stands for length/diameter. I used it as a metric to imply that wider tires would look better on the taller wheel. L/D was important, to me at least, because your tire widths are right at the norm of 245 front and 275 rear, but with the taller wheel, it would look more "appropriate(?)" if you had maybe a 285/30 or 295/30 rear and 265/35 or 275/35 front. Given your 9.5" rear wheel, I'd suggest a 285/30 rear and 265/35 front.
